Samding Khangsar
Samding Khangsar (bsam sding khang gsar) was located to the northwest of the Jokhang (jo khang) temple in Lhasa, near the intersection of Shasarzur (sha gsar zur) alley and Beijing East Road (Beijing Dong Lu). It was built in the early twentieth century by Drepung ('bras spungs) monastery as a means of earning income. It was demolished between 2001 and 2002.
