Dzelung Tö
Upper Dzelung (mdzes lung stod) was one of the eighteen Gyelrong (rgyal rong) kingdoms. Due to their military exploits in the Qing campaigns to pacify Chuchen (chu chen, Greater Jinchuan 大金川) and Tsenlha, the brothers Yong Wenyue and Yong Wensheng in 1776 were appointed Indigenous Garrison Commander of Lower and Upper Dzelung, respectively. There were 243 households under their rule. The annual pay for the commander was 15 taels of silver.
