After the old highway passes through Ura village, the road climbs upward to this point, which provides a scenic overview of the village. Therefore this place is known as Thongpé, the place from where it can be seen, meaning the view point of Ura. Later in mid- 2000, two households settled in the area and these two households are called as Thogpeba, the households of Thongpé.
