Nimalung Monastery

Nimalung Monastery was established by a Scholar known as the Doring Trulku in colloraboration with Chumey Drungpa Goempo Dorji following their mutual discussion in 1933. Today the Nyimaliung Monastery house several monks furthering the Nyingthik and Peling tradition of practices. The monastery is now headed by one of the incarnations of Chabje Dudjom Jigdrel Yeshey Dorji, the Yangse Tenzin Yeshey Dorji.
