This feature was located by Karl Ryavec on a medium-scale US topographic map according to information from best available small-scale Chinese reference maps/atlases. The latitude and longitude values were then read from the topographic maps only to the nearest minute. For townships, the latitude and longitude is based on the location of the township seat.
