This is of two types: 1) Karl's 8-digit extended ID for townships, which is constructed thus: the 6-digit GB county code + 2-digit code for townships in that county (Karl Ryavec assigned numbers from 01-99 to township-level features in a county for the GIS coverages he provided to THDL in September 2000), and 2) Karl's 9-digit extended ID, which is contructed thus: 6-digit GB county code to which Karl then assigned a number from 001-999 for each monastery in that county, which Karl assigned to monasteries in each county in data he provided to THL in 2009.
